La Fougére – is the award winning restaurant at Knockranny House it has achieved two AA Rosettes for culinary excellence. At the Restaurant Association of Ireland Awards, La Fougére won the highly coveted national title of ‘Best Hotel Restaurant in Ireland 2010’, it was awarded ‘Best Restaurant in Connaught 2011 at the FOOD&WINE Awards, and was most recently recognised at the 2011 Hotel&Catering Review Awards where it scooped the national title of ’Best Fine Dining Restaurant in Ireland 2011’.
