KOKO’S Food truck is the latest addition to the Castlecourt Hotel serving up the most amazing street cuisine! Real homemade taste on the go is what you can expect with an explosion of authentic ingredients, seasonings and flavours. KOKO’S is located in the courtyard of the Castlecourt Hotel, a sun trap during the day and the perfect spot to enjoy delicious food on the go.
Portos Restaurant & Mays Bistro
A beautifully bright and stylish space, you’ll find an exquisite mix of Irish and Continental flavours in the newly refurbished Portos Restaurant. Our French Head chef, Alain Gaulier, is our best-kept secret, having served with us for over 30 years. With seating for up to 220 guests including a private dining area for 70, Portos is spacious yet intimate.
The newly renovated May’s Bistro at the Castlecourt Hotel Westport offers a full bar menu daily from 12.30 – 9.00pm.
Petie Joe’s Bar is the perfect place to entertain friends or enjoy a quiet drink with music every night throughout the year.

Our Resort Spa, Spa Sula is a spacious, tranquil sanctuary which is designed for you to relax and luxuriate in and includes 12 spacious treatment rooms and Thermal Suite with outdoor heated Jacuzzi Rockpool.
